Southampton Residence

This full-scale residential renovation in Southampton featured a cantilevered second floor addition constructed with steel framing. The building envelope was improved through the installation of high-performance, floor-to-ceiling glazing systems.

Material applications consisted of exposed architectural concrete, tongue-and-groove cedar ceiling cladding, and polished concrete flooring. Interior detailing showcased custom millwork from our in-house shop, integrated art niches and a linear fireplace.
