Soho Loft Renovation

A Manhattan luxury loft, renovated through a collaboration between NYC architect John Butterworth, and designer Ruhl Jahnes, aimed to create a modern retreat combining industrial and contemporary styles.

We installed new flooring, custom millwork, and countertops, while overseeing the complete upgrade of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The project also included tiling, painting, glasswork, and the integration of appliances and bathroom fixtures, delivering a modernized and functional space.

The project transformed the space into an open-concept living area with exposed brick, featuring a two-tone kitchen, custom bookshelf, industrial-chic bedroom with a window seat, and a modern bathroom. Meticulous craftsmanship ensured the desired luxury living experience.
