With CooperBuild, you don’t have to worry about insurance and registrations. Our General Liability and Work Compensation insurances are up to date. We have an in-house expert that ensures all our licenses, registrations, and all legal requirements are up-to-date and compliant.

Our team of experts are very hands on. Our Site Project Manager, skilled painters, millworkers are on site to keep everything running. CooperBuild’s very own President visits each site work to make sure that quality work is being done and on time.

CooperBuild has built a strong partnership with our subcontractors. As there are different works involved in renovations, construction, we also get the expertise of the best in the industry. Rest assured, all our subcontractors are properly screened with licenses and complete insurance.

Part of our good relationship with our clients is us being hands on with our projects. CooperBuild is here from start to finish, up until the maintenance of our services.

We recognize that everyone has a working budget. Our experts team also rely on the budget for a specific project. We require an initial percentage deposit for us to get your dream project up and running. Progress payments will also be in place based on the percentage of completion that will work for everyone.
